A neighborhood dream
that found its way onto wheels.
The beginning
It started with Edgar’s daily coffee ritual and the stories, history, and craft he shared with Erykah behind every bean.
The first dream was simple: open a small neighborhood coffee shop. When a brick-and-mortar space was not yet within reach, Erykah suggested putting the dream on wheels.
The mobile cart became more than a workaround. It became the heart of Bravo Beans: specialty coffee that could travel directly into farmers markets, corporate gatherings, weddings, community events, and life’s milestone moments.

Through Archive Roastery, Edgar & Erykah have creative and quality control over the coffee journey, from sourcing raw green beans to developing roast profiles and mastering the final extraction.
The result is coffee with intention behind every detail.
